Christine de Nercy was born in France on September the 25th 1961 in Marseille.

At the age of 18, she goes to Paris and enters the Roederer's Painting School, place des Vosges, then the Met de Penninghen Art School, in St Germain des Prés. In 1983 she goes to Bruxelles to learn trompe l'oeil in Van der Kelen's painting school .

Graduated and bronze medal, she begins the execution of murals, patines and trompe l'oeil.

At the same time she paints for fashion designers backgrounds for fashion shows, Cour Carrée du Louvre for J.C. de Castelbajac, A.M. Beretta, Per spook, Chloé, Lanvin ...

Ten years later , in 1994, she begins a personal work about flowers, associated to meditation on color, and vital energy.

In the year 2001 she creates with other artists an organization called Art'Tibet, for the preservation of Tibetan Culture and philosophy.The Honnor President of Art'Tibet is Sogyal Rinpoché, autor of " Tibetan Book of Living and Dying ". In 2004 the organization receives the appreciation of the Dalaï Lama for its work towards the tibetan refugees.

A part of Christine de Nercy's sellings goes to Art'Tibet to sponsor tibetan children in schools and monastries in India and Tibet.
